Arbor Club Schedule

Our 90-minute club classes are designed to help your child build confidence, friendships, and skills.

Our clubs meet throughout the month. Each club class meeting has a theme to guide that day's activities. See our schedule below or go directly to our sign-up link here: Club Class Sign Ups.

Club Classes are al-a-carte, you don't need to attend multiple sessions or attend in any special order to participate!

Current Club Offerings:

  • Lego Club: This is for kids who love to build, design, and solve problems. Each club class involves group work and individual build time. Students will discover how to share their ideas with one another, test solutions, and revise to create the best build each time!
  • Robotics: A simple way for students to explore the world of coding. Learn to break problems into smaller steps, test ideas, and ultimately find the path towards engineering solutions. Robotics supports math and literacy learning, as well as team building. 
  • Literacy Club: Help students fall in love with reading and find friends who love reading with our hands-on, book inspired activities. We'll read together, act out our favorite scenes, make crafts, and more at our monthly book club meetings.  
  • Arts and Crafts: Nurture the creative side in your child without the mess at home. You child will enjoy fun activities like cookie decorating, scrapbooking, crocheting, sewing, and bracelet bead making. 
  • Game Time: Make friends, improve logical and critical thinking skills, learn to work as a team, and enjoy a little friendly competition. Games are the perfect way for students to connect and make memories!

Below you'll find all available club classes with their date, time, location, and theme details. Our classes are limited to 12 students. Students are grouped with other students of similar age and abilities at our clubs to ensure they have a fun, successful experience!

 Choose a flexible schedule that works for you! Students don't have to come to multiple sessions of a club to enjoy the content we provide. They can drop in as often as they like! Due to this flexible schedule, advance online registration is required. Click here to sign up!

Each club class is just $30 per student.* We think that's an amazing price, but to help you offer consistency in friendship building, we offer multiple ways to buy more and save!

Option 1: Buy 3 classes, get 1 free

When you purchase 3 or more classes at once, you can choose a 4th class for free! Use your free class for your own student or for a friend to try out the class with your child.

Option 2: Enroll in our Friday Enrichment Program

Our Flex Hybrid program offers club classes and personalized learning plans throughout from September to May. Your student will participate in all two club classes each Friday. At a cost of only $124/month the enrichment program is more than a 50% savings! Speak to a team member today to determine if the enrichment program is right for your child - you can email questions to info@myarboracademy.com.

Lego Stories

Join us for 90 minutes of jam packed legos and literacy learning. Students will use legos to build the elements of their story - characters and settings. 

They will brainstorm together and create a story map. The club will end with presentations of their stories to the group. 

This club class reinforces the idea of story mapping, character development, public speaking, and team work.

Geography

Help your student gain a deeper understanding of the world around them! This class is designed to make geography exciting by focusing on specific global regions or themes.

Students will use maps and engaging tools to locate and analyze key physical features, climates, and cultures. They will participate in discussions and group activities that highlight how geography influences life, enhancing their global awareness and map literacy.

Manners & Table Settings

Give your child the social confidence they need for any setting. This class teaches essential social and dining etiquette in a fun, practical way.

Students will learn the "whys" and "hows" of proper table settings, practice polite conversation, and understand the difference between American and Continental styles of using utensils. This skill-building session focuses on respect, courtesy, and self-assurance for family dinners or formal events.

Christmas Carols

This class is an enriching way to introduce your student to classic music through the lens of the holidays. Join us for a joyful and melodic session focused on the history and singing of traditional Christmas carols.

Students will learn the background of beloved festive songs, practice their lyrics, and sing along in a group setting. This class encourages musical appreciation, vocal participation, and spreading holiday cheer.

Christmas Around the World

Student will broaden their cultural horizons by embarking on a fun, guided journey to explore how different countries celebrate Christmas.

They will learn about diverse customs, traditional foods, and unique folklore. This class uses maps and engaging content to foster cultural appreciation, respect for diversity, and a better understanding of global traditions.

Arts and Crafts Club Class Schedule:

Weaving

Weaving

This is a wonderful, hands-on introduction to a traditional craft that develops fine motor skills and patience. Students will learn the foundational concepts of textile creation and how to prepare a small, simple loom.

They will spend the session actively weaving with colorful yarn and twine. This class encourages creativity and focuses on a satisfying, tangible result.

Christmas Crafts

A fantastic, creative outlet for the holiday season! Students will enjoy making Christmas crafts and wrapping them for a fun Christmas surprise!

Theater Games

A high-energy, confidence-building class that focuses on the fundamentals of performance and communication. Through dynamic improvisation games and warm-up exercises, students will practice quick thinking, spontaneous creativity, and effective teamwork.

This session is excellent for improving listening skills, physical expression, and helping children feel more comfortable speaking and expressing themselves in a group.
